In the end we chose a good quality wool carpet and have no regrets as it looks fantastic and will last for years. I appreciated the ‘all in’ pricing. We will use them again.

We have recently completed a 1 year renovation of our home. Tony, Jack and team have replaced all our flooring - 5 bedrooms and hallways in carpet, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and bathrooms in Amtico as well as 2 custom rugs for our living areas and screeding of floors. Every room has been completed to an extremely high standard and the team are a pleasure to have in the house. They really have done a stunning job and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Nothing is too much bother for Tony and team. For example, our fitting dates slipped which meant Tony had to store a large amount of carpet for us for a few months. Not a problem. One floor was very damaged and needed more work than anticipated when screeding. Not a problem. Rooms ran behind schedule and we needed to move fitting dates. Not a problem. Thank you so much for working with us on 2025 😊

Jack fitted a bathroom lino for us and an Entrance Hall carpet. He was very professional and showed care and pride in his work. Tony and Natalie were also very helpful in the process of choosing the flooring we want. I will 100 percent use them next time.

There was a lack of professional behavior. Even after reporting the problem, no solution was found. The service quality was poor and the entire experience was unsatisfactory.

We ordered carpets for three rooms. The Fitted Carpet Company were happy to stagger fitting to allow us to empty rooms and even gave a hand with heavy furniture. The carpets were fitted beautifully and we are really pleased with how quick and efficient this was. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good value, well fitted carpet from a company that provide exceptional service.
